Apply EELEXIT so it assembles with RC=0 for IATUX19

Regarding "Tivoli Workload Scheduler Distributed - Agent for z/OS V9.4." Regarding EELEXIT. Assembling JES3 exit IATUX19 results in HLASM RC=4 and fails the SMPE APPLY into our zOS/JES CSI which expects HLASM RC=0.
Looking at the assembler listing shows the issue is with some USING and DROP assembler directives in EELEXIT. Please correct EELEXIT to resolve RC=4 when assembling IATUX19.
While I can manually bypass the HLASM setting in the CSI, this goes against the goal of reducing steps in our install process and reducing of manual efforts.

We've just installed IZWS 9.5 on a JES3 sysplex and we got an assembly Warning error message coming from code generated by EQQEXIT macro performing dual addressing on the JES3 OSE data structure. We would like this issue to get resolved so our SMP/E user mod installation completes with a condition code of zero, not 4.
