RELATED IDEAS

Improve the interface between zWS and CDP so that CDP continues to work with zWS if the USS filesystem is moved or restarted on a different LPAR (AUTOMOVE)

There are 3 inter-related requests here all for CDP/zWS interface (parameter CDP(YES):

(1) a command to force a SWITCH of the CDP logs (similar to what is available for the SWITCHMLOG) 

(2) a command to force the CDP interface to start up again (without having to cycle the controller to do this).

 (3) A retry of a failure to write to the CDP logs for example if the file system is in the process of being switched; this could be hard-coded or parameter driven. 

Perhaps also some messages like "unable to write to CDP files" or "resuming write to CDP files"
