Enable dynamic activation of CDP logging function after it was disabled

Dear developers,

We enabled CDPz data collection function integrated within IWSz to have EQQ8006I (indicating the status change of jobs scheduled in current plan) message to feed our home grown web tool.

But we met an issue - While the owning system of CDPPATH USS file was IPLed, the ZFS was AUTOMOVEd to another system in the Sysplex randomly. Even thought this AUTOMOVE took only less than 10 seconds, IWSz controller still detected the unavailability of the EQQCDPx files and message EQQZ295W was written to EQQMLOG to indicating CDP logging function was disabled.

We had to recycled the controller to re-enable the CDP logging function because it was the only method currently. But since it happened in our PROD environment, so we had to wait until weekend to recycle and our web tool could got the data for almost a whole week.

Therefore we need your help to improve the CDP function.

Here are 3 inter-related requests here all for CDP/zWS interface (parameter CDP(YES):

(1) A retry to write to the CDP logs after failure, for example if the file system is in the process of being switched ; this could be hard-coded or parameter driven.

(2) A command to force the CDP interface to start up again (without having to cycle the controller to do this). - This is the most urgent request.

(3) A command to force a SWITCH of the CDP logs (similar to what is available for the SWITCHMLOG)

Perhaps also some messages like "unable to write to CDP files" or "resuming write to CDP files".

Please consider this as high priority. I believe nowadays real-time messaging function like CDP is adorable and liked by a lot customers like us. Any question or details you'd like to know, please contact me without hesitate.
