zSort Support for zWS

Allow usage of the hardware accelerated approach to sorting by z/OS Workload Scheduler (zWS) to take advantage of the IBM Integrated Accelerator for Z Sort. The aim will be to reduce the CPU costs and improve the elapsed time for eligible batch workloads. With the support of this feature in zWS, we hope to also reduce virtual, real and auxiliary storage requirements in our already memory-constrained environments.

More specifically, in LTP there is not an explicit SORT step used, but rather an internal sort step. Only the sort work files are visibly external in the JCL. There is an external SORT step in the DP, which uses the PGM=SORT of DFSORT. The SORT is mainly used for the reports generation of LTP and DP.  Referring specifically to IBM Integrated Accelerator for Z Sort, using the HW capability of IBM z15/16, we would like to request that zWS use it also for the DP.
