CDPz messaging modification to support data consumption by monitoring products.

Create message event separator for monitoring software (ie. Splunk) consumption.  

This will benefit all users in managing data collection with simplifying consumption protocols for monitoring tooling, providing target for each event message.   

Add return character (x'0d)  "carriage return" at end of CDP EQQ800x message (these messages are built for CDP log only), providing distinctive "end of message" for the event will provide consuming product a designated message separator.  .

SPLUNK cannot decipher end of event messaging, and is grouping multiple messages into single events.
