Add DWC userid (in addition to RACF userid) to EQQPH72I message

Currently the EQQPH72I message, displayed in the mainframe server task which communicates with the zconnector to get to a DWC, contains only the RACFUSER value from the USERMAP table.   There may be multiple DWC userids which have the same RACFUSER value, so you cannot tell by looking at the EQQPH72I message which specific DWC user is involved, and this could be important to know if for example you need to find information  related to a DWC userid that you can see in the DWC messages.log file with the messages related to the same DWC user on the z Workload Scheduler side.
