Additional validation of input arrival date in 5.1 panel

When adding an application in 5.1 at 23:59 and confirming it at 0:01 the input arrival date will be the one set at 23:59. It is causing that variables like '%OYMD' inside jobs will be provided by the date from the previous day. Additionally, when the panel is being opened later to add another application within the same session, the old input arrival date stays there. The proposition is to add a warning when input arrival date is not the same as current date. When accessing the 5.1 panel later within the same session it could be also automatically updated with the current date value instead the keeping the recently used one.
