Enhancements required in DWC’s REST API for IWSz

1. Why are two separate TWS REST API calls required to retrieve the full job stream details? This approach is not recommended for DevOps practices.

For example:

Step 1: Execute the following call to retrieve the job stream ID:
https://<DWC_Hostname>:9443/twsz/v1/<engine_name>/model/jobstream/header/query

Step 2: Use the job stream ID to get the complete job stream details:
https://<DWC_Hostname>:9443/twsz/v1/<engine_name>/model/jobstream/<jobstream_ID>

2. We need a single REST API call to check whether the job stream is locked.

3. Additionally, there is a requirement for a PATCH REST API call to update objects in AD. This feature is currently unavailable.

Please implement enhancements to the REST API to simplify DevOps integration.
