Restriction of ALL parameter in the panel EQQSOPGD (ALL DEPENDENCIES)

I hope to create a new parameter to restrict parameter 'Nest Detail' in 'ALL DEPENDENCIES' panel.

In the customers' environment, CP lock and high CPU consumption of the
controller for around 20 minutes occurred
because they used 'ALL DEPENCENDIES' panel (panel id=EQQSOPGD) with
'Nest Detail=ALL' and 'Number of Nestings=50' for some operation of
CP.

After the incident, we checked the same operation with 'Nest
Detail=NONE' spent within 90 seconds.

Specifying 'Nest Detail=ALL' parameter leads to an exact result of target dependency but sometimes it spends much CPU time.
It leads to be delay of process of batch scheduling because of CP lock.

So I would like you to create a new parameter of restricting 'Nest Detail=ALL'.
