Startup Message of the controller is needed, when every service is available

We are used to use EQQZ200I as startup message of the controller task. As soon as it appears, system automation will release tasks that are waiting for the controller.

In our environment some tasks communication with an controller by pif are holding back by system automation.

We need a startup message in the controller that appears when every service of the controller (ETT, PIF, etc.) is available. EQQZ200I is not working correctly.
