Introduce "read-only" access mode limited to getting system status. Blocking any possibility to perform any task (like stopping resources) which could change system state.

z/OS Connect stakeholders need to know which system of record executed an API, in this case IMS transactions. The IMS service provider does not supply any information about the IMS that executed the transaction beyond IMS Connect.
