    Allow WaziDeploy commands to receive pipeline secrets as an alternative to using the config file.

    We store secrets in Vaults and it would be useful and preferred to be able to pass these in via (for example) CLI parameters, extraVars, or any other method you can devise, instead of having to rely on a config file.
