Is it possible during the compile to figure out that the CICS integrated translator is used, but there is no CICS statements

Is it possible during the compile to figure out that the CICS integrated translator is used, but there is no CICS statements in the source? DB2 Integrated translator throwes an error msg, if you compile and the source does not contain DB2-statements.
