Application Discovery Flowcharts and Program Flow should have source file name at top

If flowcharts and program flows are exported to a file, it would be helpful to know the original source file name (COBOL, PLI) for clarity, placing the name of the source file as a text box at the top of the image file.

Update Synchronise process to advise the status of each stage and clearly highlight any failures rather than just having them hidden in the middle of the logs
