Project lock status

IBM Application Discovery Batch Server service locks the project during import operation in case of any project changes identified by AD batch server. Because of project lock, when we launch UMM, Build and Make operation via automated script, AD throws attached errors in logs files.

Currently AD doesn't have any command / program to know project lock status. Only it's possible manually using IBM Application Discovery Configuration Servers Admin web interface (like attached file). To avoid recurring errors while project is locked, it's important to verify project lock status by calling AD command from our automated script before we launch any operation like UMM, Build et Make.

For that, we request IBM AD team to develop command / program which takes project name as input argument and return true if project is locked or false if project is not locked.
