DSC needs an "EXTRACT" option for "I" information and others

Using DSC to display the a load modules information (amblist type) needs an option to "extract" this info to a data set and/or sysout.

DSC LLA Monitor should refresh LLA directory entries of members that are updated via FTP

We are using FTP to move changed modules from the dev lpar to the prod lpar. We'd like IQIMONTR to react to the module changes in linklisted datasets and issue an LLA REFRESH command. FTP creates a SMF119 record.

RUNTEMP feature in file manager plugin
