warning for not being converted character

When client opens mainframe file, client converts SOSI character without any message. so, at that time, customer wants to get warning message of automatic "SOSI" conversion.

Formatter doesn't work as expected

The Formatter for PL/I programs only works when programs are preprocessed because of our internal prepro-macros.Sometimes literals are set to upper-case!
