IMS, WS-tools: The error handling of generated MPP in xsebatch should be changed/enhanced in case of "wsdl first" scenario.

The error handling in generated MPP (RDz 8.0.3.1) is wrong and incomplete. See PMR listed above. IBM-lab provided me an acceptable proposal for this enhancement. See attached file.
