Need EBCDIC code page conversion check in COBOL and PLI editor

When using local projects to develop COBOL or PLI then files are UTF8 encoded and it is possible to add characters that cannot be mapped later on to an EBCDIC code page. It will be good if a warning could be enabled to flag those characters.
