SUBSTR JCL command should support variables with up to 44 chars or allow a continuation with the SETVAR directive

It should be possible to process up to 44 digits within a SUBSTRING command or to allow a continuation within the SETVAR directive. Variables with a value with up to 44 characters are not supported with the SUBSTR JCL function.

The ability for opening multiple host connections concurrently

We often need to connect multiple host environments concurrently in daily job. z/os connect does not have this ability. If we want to connect another host via cmci or cicsplex SM connection we automatically get logged out from the existing one.
