Reduce vulnerabilities within the the Workload Scheduler / z Workload Scheduler tools by using industry standard password encryption

There is a risk that exploitation of non industry standard password encryption vulnerabilities by a malicious actor could lead to the loss of Customer data and potentially service outage. For example the Windows Agent users password encryption adopts a proprietary algorithm (the same used internally for the Symphony file) and does not use any of the standard TDES, AES or hardware encryption. We would like the tools to support and offer the ability to select specific industry standard password encryption algorithms.
