Include CPU consumed by API in interceptors

Customer needs to determine APIs with high CPU to target for tuning. The customer uses OMEGAMON for JVM for API monitoring and they would like CPU per API included in detail reports.

Add one decimal place to the reported CP Weight value, e.g. 31.4% instead of current 31%.

Customers can use three digits for their LPAR weight assignments (e.g. 314). Therefore, a two-digit reported percentage value may not accurately reflect the true weight the system is managing to.

GDPS 4.1 Missing FlashCopy Devices Information

The information from VPCPFCSO panel does not provide the device number of the tertiary copy which is what we are interested in. Under GDPS 3.14, we can obtain the tertiary DASD info from GDPS under FCQueryS from VPCPQSH1 panel under DASD REMOTE COPY.

Enable SSL connections to Db2 z/OS for DWC

Security policy requires TCP/IP connections to Db2 for z/OS to be encrypted. Db2 systems may be customized with SECPORT only (no TCPPORT). Currently, configureDB.sh with RDBMS=DB2Z does not support DB_SSL_CONNECTION=true.
