Application Discovery retrieve compile options from JCL

Need to retrieve the compile parameters from the JCL source files . The compile options that are specified in the JCL source files should be stored somehow in the AD database , so we could retrieve them.

Externalize the PSBNAME for debugging sessions

Parker Hannifin has requested we add the PSBNAME of the program that is being debugged. This would be very helpful information since the program can be referenced by multiple PSBs. This is especially helpful when debugging IMS MPR programs.
