Debug Tool should report the Jobname and Jobnumber in message +EQA4037I

It is very difficult in transaction systems like IMS MPP's, to find out the messages (i.e. Displays) if the user does not know in what region the IMS transaction was debugged. Therefore the Jobname and Jobnumber would be very helpfull

Add Open Perform Hierarchy from Show In > Data Elements view

Equal amount of IF / END-IF statements

Would be nice to have in Cobol editor syntax check or in software analysis a feature which calculates IF and END-IF statements. A warning or even error in case of not equal amount of those.

Additional Linux distributions support - CentOS

Looking at hosting zd&t in the cloud, it would be nice to have a no-cost option as far as OS is concerned. CentOS Linux is free - it would help keep costs down.
