DFHAC2236 does not appear when CICS webservice transaction abends.

Right now, when a CICS webservice abends only message DFHSR0001 is generated. In order to maintain monitoring and accounting mechanisms it would be nice to have message DFHAC2236 in CICS LOG.

Allow setting USERAUTH(IDENTIFY) in IPCONN without SSL

We have some SYSPLEX in our Company and we would like to connect CICS regions belonging to different SYSPLEX via IPIC not using SSL, but with the USERAUTH(IDENTIFY) option in order to know the RACF userid that originates the transaction.
