Bypass DFHH0414 Health Check for a CMAS

In CICS/TS v6.1 section "Setting up a CICSPlex SM address space (CMAS)" the manual :

XCMD=NO : For a CMAS you must specify NO for CICS commands.


But after the v6.1 CMAS is started, there is a DFHH0414 message in health check IBMCICS/CICS_REGION_CONFIGURATION showing:

Warning messages:

DFHH0414 XCMD=NO has been specified.


I believe that this check should be bypassed for a CMAS, based on the statement in the "Setting up a CICSPlex SM address space (CMAS)" the manual.


Originally raised in TS012384685. I was asked to raise an RFS.
