Extend Menu Manager to allow the use of application-related global variables

Similar to the capability provided in SPF to store profile variables, Menu Manager should be extended to provide similar functionality. This could allow parameters to be retained between sessions.

The context menu options for both PDS members and sequential files should be available when multiple members or files are selected. The context menu function would then operate against all selected members at one time.

Start the IMS resources (transactions and progarms) to allow the user to run IMS applications

I would like to be able to start IMS transactions and programs from the RDz workbench without having to issue a type 1 or type 2 command to IMS. RDz should alllow the user to specify the automatically start of these resources.
