Please add a digital signature for program bundled with IDz \idz\bin\PPINCL01.exe

Currently there is no digital signature when viewing the properties of the file \idz\bin\PPINCL01.exe in Windows. Setting a digital signature on \idz\bin\PPINCL01.exe indicates that the program has been created by IBM and has not been tampered with.

When moving from IDz 15 with data studio plugin to IDz 16 with built-in DB2 support some of our developers are missing the possibility to graphicly build SQL query with SQL Query Builder, if possible bring this functionality into IDz 16 SQL editor.
