Provide a command to create an ALLOC record for a database in DBRC Recon dataset. Today an ALLOC record is only created when a DLI update call is issued against the database.

There doesn't appear to be documentation about what the various colors and underlines mean in the Syntax Checker. That should be easy to find in the Information Center and from the online help when hitting PF1.

Allow attribute and status in Query commands.

It isn't possible to update attribute and staus in the same command, but this is also tru for Query command.Enabling the QUERY with both Attribute and Status as filter would ease the analysis.
