Identify workflow jobs outside of z/osmf thro use of JCL comments

It would be nice to be able to match a submitted job to a workflow (outside of zosmf)… thro a matching comment in the JCL for the workflow and each step in the workflow.

AAM supports certain functions of IAM datasets. It would be beneficial if selection criteria could be used to control intervention based on whether a dataset is of type IAM or not.

PJ46160 provided support on ZDECB to display ECBs with a given NVPNAME. Request ZDECB support for NONVPNAME which would display ECBs which do not have the given NVPNAME setup.
