Debugger Profile Service (EQAPROF) to implement sysplex awareness

We only want to use a VIPA for the communication between IDz and the mainframe. With IBM z/OS Debugger version 16.0.1 IBM added sysplex-awareness, so now the last missing part that is not sysplex-aware is the EQAPROF. So please add this support.

iDz 'Debug Configurations' option does not work on JCL that is based on JCL procedures that has more than one step

We have found out that when using ‘Debug Configurations’ option ‘z/OS Batch Application using existing JCL’ we cannot get it working when JCL itself is based on JCL procedures if there are more steps in the JCL.
