Debug: ignore an instruction permanently without stopping

This is a reopen on RFE 150425 as it was misunderstood and closed as "delivered".


Please add a way to permanently ignore an instruction during a Debug session.

The command JUMPTO doesn't help as it stops the debugger and needs to be entered each time you are running a line of code.

The CA Xpediter has a special breakpoint called SKIP to exclude a line of code permanently. The debugger just ignores the skipped expression and does not stop / interrupt at or after the expression.
They support that in Eclipse as well by just entering a SKIP breakpoint via the GUI context menu.
