Time stamp in Canlog should be local time like Netlog

The Canzlog records records using the GMT/UMT time stamp. The Local offset is added after when browsing the logs. Would need to understand the benefit of storing the time in GMT/UMT as opposed to Local.

Provide the equivalent of the Netlog BROWSE ALL command in CANZLOG

You can use the BLOG command in conjunction with the Netlog BROWSE ALL subcommand. This is not available when using CANZLOG.
