Canzlog should stick to current find standards

CANZLOG find has introduced a separate means of doing a RepeatFind Called REVFIND. This is different then all other means of repeat find via browse. Canzlog should utilize existing standards for repeat find.

The Netview allocate command only permits the ability to allocate one dataset to a file name.

Expand delimited length from 255 to 1024

This would help eliminate "DWO378E DELIMITED STRING IS TOO LONG, GREATER THAN 255 CHARACTERS IN LENGTH" when working with PIPEs, and perhaps other areas as well.

Time stamp in Canlog should be local time like Netlog

The Canzlog records records using the GMT/UMT time stamp. The Local offset is added after when browsing the logs. Would need to understand the benefit of storing the time in GMT/UMT as opposed to Local.
