    Remove ACTIVE JOBS filter under JES

    Due to active jobs filter as it is driving extremely high CPU on the Host system and slowing down the Development environment for everyone. We want to remove that option while packaging the IDZ.

    change of Internet Links and product names

    we are using IBM Explorer for z/OS, mostly CICS Explorer, debug tool plugin and MQ Explorer plugin. The most time consuming activity is the search for a changed product name and the changed Internet link.

    ZOWE RSE CLI should implement the local encoding option

    Zowe CLI does have an option for local encoding, while RSE CLI isn't yet adopting it. I think it will be usefull to avoid the pre-encoding before uploading Cobol sources from a host to the Mainframe.

    Need to stop IDz searching on whole MVS level

    Need a way to stop IDz searching on whole MVS level, just like in ISPF 3.4 option, users cannot input "*" as the first dataset qualifier. Otherwise it will cost high CPU on host and frozen in listener.
