Provide an option in IDz to reveal the password as it is being typed into the password field

RACF passphrases can now be longer than 8 characters - it is possible to define passwords with 100 characters. Those passwords are difficult to remember and it would be nice to have a feature to make the password visible when it is inserted in the zOS-connect-dialog.
