Flag SQL Statements not followed by a test of SQLCODE

The SQL coprocessor should flag any EXEC SQL Statement which is not followed by a test for return information in variable SQLCODE.

PLISAXA Performance with big files

We use PLISAXA to parse xmls. With larger files (approx. 4 GB) this takes almost an hour. Our users would like a faster answer here. Maybe there is a way to speed up the parsing. Thanks!
