Provide support for Enterprise PL/I SYSDEBUG files - PL/I 3.5 and later

APA does not provide support using the SYSDEBUG file. If a customer uses Enterprise 3.5 or later, and they want to debug programs, use FA and APA, they must create BOTH a SYSDEBUG file AND a LANGX file for source support.

In an actual customer situation (Quest Diagnostics)- a batch job sends synchronous MQ requests to CICS. Generally the batch program runs in a few minutes. Occasionally, it runs for a very long time. The slowdown is likely in the CICS transactions....
