enhance Lookup view to provide more functionality

We have as an examlple MVS7Quicref that looks like RDz Lookup view. In RDz you can dubbleclick on a message and right click to show it in Lookup. But this is not true with IBM's PLI compiler messages and for that matter the PLI language reference....

Suppressing reset of BLW offset

Fault Analzyer currently resets offsets in the dump under certain conditions, This makes it difficult to following addressing when users have to manually recalculate the displacement when searching the dump.

Sometimes, they need to set it between quotes (for example on the FA ISPF panel for the history file), sometimes not like in the VIEW file.

Certain report sections contain information related to a load module but you have to read the section to know which one

Configure a system wide defaults for batch reanalysis

Add the capability to specify default accounting information or job cards etc.

Dynamic passing of Fault Analyzer parameters

Provide the Systems programmer a means of disabling/enabling Fault Analyzer or having Fault Analyzer use different parameters without having to update the parameter dataset.
