Batch tooling for working with CICS resource definitions stored as zFS bundles.

A batch utility capable of working with resources definitions stored as bundles in zFS and providing functions similar to those provided by DFHCSDUP for CSD is needed.

CICS should provide a utility to aid in migrating resource definitions between different repository types, i.e. CSD/BAS/zFS

Please provide tooling to facilitate migrating resource definitions back and forth between all of the various repositories: currently CSD/BAS/zFS bundles.
