Add functionality to DFHCSDUP to allow for features available in CEDA online transaction such as CHECK.

There are features available in CEDA/B/C transactions that are not available with the DFHCSDUP utility program. Most times we make a copy of a CSD for a new environment and then make changes to groups and lists via batch job with utility DFHCSDUP....

Easier to upgrade CICS. Fewer tables to assemble. Can easily view all SIT Settings, when in ISPF, while reviewing the job, for ongoing support or analysis.
