CICS policies - Suspend time policy rule for user task

CICS policies currently don't have an option to take action on an user task based on Suspend time. Even though RTA has this setup , cost of implementing RTA and its process is not as efficient as CICS policies. Hence Im making a request to IBM to create a task rule based on user task suspend time threshold.

That would be most useful for problem determination.

This would be a tremendous help to us when we need to be warned about a hangup of some sort in tasks and gather diagnostics for problem determination. In the past, a DFHTRAP would be required. Having a policy available would let us externalize a hangup and take action to either clear it or capture diagnostic material.
