Cross reference should also show "SET" caused by ALLOCATE

The Attribute/Xref Table shows the "Sets" and "Refs" for variables used in a program. However, it does not (status, EPLI V4.3) show any variables set upon ALLOC of a BASED structure declared with initialized fields.
