Allow DFHAPIN to work with HourGlass

If you use Hourglass and run with RENTPGM=NOPROTECT, you have to run member AGGAPINL in SAGGSAMP library to create a different copy of DFHAPIN. Now that IBM owns Hourglass, I am hoping this can be done a better way.
