Automatically switch execution to use a selectively activated loadset

This feature would allow the user to specify a user id such that when the debugger session is started on a given ECB, the debugger automatically switches the application's execution to use the corresponding selectively activated loadset.

Ability to copy/paste from various dialogs/property pages

Right-click on a TPF Filter and view properties.  The user wants to be able to copy the path from the filter properties and paste elsewhere.

Allow the user to register by address (or program name and offset). Similar to starting a VM trace session.

Show macros in a macro group

Show macros in a macro group in the macro group breakpoint dialog. Showing which macros are in which macro groups helps users to decide which macro groups they are interested in using.

Correct multiple memory view behavior

I have a duplicated memory view; address 1 open in both, open address 2 in the second instance, it shows up in the first, but it also switches to it, which is annoying

DB2 & CICS coprocessors do not provide enough debug information
