IMS segments should allow setting default values and autogenerated sequence numbers

It would be great if IMS had the option of defining segments with auto-generated values, whether they are defaults or incremental numbers, like identities.

IMS segments should support triggers, such as could be used for imbedding timestamps without needing application changes

IMS catalog audit trail SMF record 29-03 does not have end user userid. SMF record 29-03 has ODBM STC userid which is not useful. We need to know the end user who submitted DDL.
