IMS CHECKPOINT : queuing of the COMMANDS

Actually, when an IMS command is entered when there is a SYSTEM CHECKPOINT, the command is rejected. The command should be queued instead.

It isn't possible to update attribute and staus in the same command, but this is also tru for Query command.Enabling the QUERY with both Attribute and Status as filter would ease the analysis.
