PIC X(n) support for binary.

In somme case we are sending/receiving byte buffer. This king of data is typed as byte buffer in java and type PIC X(n) in COBOL. In this case, we need a solution to transfert this kind of data througth JSON to COBOL without conversion.

BUILD CLIENT SHOULD RUN AS AN "OLD SCHOOL OMVS/ISPF" application "WHEN" build parser is rewritten to JAVA

Parser utilizes ZIIP for JAVA parsing, the source code can remain on zOS, BUILD CLIENT does not need graphics....this is a lot simpler than running build on another platform.
