TACM should use zIIP engines during ie EXPLORE function

Heavy EXPLORE(reporting functions) running through all catalogs have a high GP cost.

In examples we face turnaround times of 100 minutes with a GP cost of 12 minutes.

We suggest that development reduce our cost and increase the usability of TACM by running such functions in zIIP engines.

Above could then be usable in our zCybervault as well.

    While this is a great idea, the engineering team has determined that this would require either a full or majority architectural change to the product. With this technical challenge, the team will keep this item as a long term goal. We have future plans to improve the EXPLORE function in other ways so this item will be included in those conversations too.
