This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hi Ken. We are having trouble gather more details as the previous user left our company. We are trying to find another user and will keep you updated.
Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. We feel this is a valid requirement but delivery within the RFE 18 month window is not likely. Please resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration if still valid. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
Can you please send us this particular PL/I load module so that we can take a look inside?
Also, can you please explain how this PL/I load module is linked with the COBOL programs that access the IMS database.
Thank you I will pass this on to development for review.
Hi Ken, this is the screenshot of IMS database usage function. I can see the databases and the related segments are listed. However, we are looking for a function that can take a PL1 load module as input and generate the databases and the sources that are used by that load module. In this post, I attached a screenshot that is obtained from mainframe. Essentially we are trying to generate the same tables in AD but the current IMS database Usage and SQL Table Usage functions cannot provide the tables we desire. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Could you please see the above comment and provide the needed information. Thank you.
Thank you for your submission. Could I ask that you provide some additional information for us related to this requirement? Please provide a sample of what you are currently seeing now and then what you would like to see. We did no receive the picture that you referenced in the requirement description. Thank you!
